Initial Phone Call – First, we will set up an initial phone call for me to discover your goals and to discuss my process to help you meet them. If we’re a good fit, we will schedule a Strategic Marketing Consultation.

Strategic Market Consultation – During the Strategic Market Consultation expect to spend approximately 90 minutes for us to walk through your home together. We will come up with a plan for accomplishing anything that needs to be done to make your home market ready.  That includes making sure it makes sense financially so that you receive the best ROI on your investment. We will also cover specifics regarding the things you need to know for selling, such as legal documents, current market stats, and pricing strategies that will attract qualified buyers. We will then put together a Listing Calendar that outlines everything from start to List date so that you don’t have to worry about what comes next.  It’s my job to take care of the nitty-gritty details and to keep you informed every step of the way.

Execute the Strategy — It’s time to list!  From showings, to offers, inspections, negotioations, and all the other steps along the way, you will always know what to expect and when.  With my fine-tuned strategies I will help you choose the offer that is best for you, and will expertly negotiate on your behalf for the terms that you deserve.  Before you know it, we’ll be at the closing table celebrating your success!
