Strategic Home Search Consultation – During your Strategic Home Search Consultation, we will go over your wants and needs in detail, and my step-by-step strategy for helping you find your ideal home, with the best possible terms.  We will also cover other specifics, such as where we want to focus your search, financing, the legal paperwork, and current market stats.

Execute the Plan — We begin the search!  From home tours to crafting offers, inspections, negotiations, and all the other steps along the way, you will always know what to expect and when.  With my fine-tuned strategies I will help you craft smart offers that put you in your best possible position to compete against other buyers, and I will expertly negotiate on your behalf for the terms that you deserve.  Before you know it, we’ll be at the closing table celebrating your success!
